About Fifi... Phyllis McElveen (also known as Fifi) resides in The Villages, FL, with her husband Jim and their two chihuahuas. In addition to owning Fifi's Cakes and More, she had a long career as a Project Manager. Fifi has over twenty years' experience in managing project implementations for Fortune 200 and 500 companies. She is very detail-oriented and organized. She has many contacts, in The Villages area, for caterers, entertainers, photographers, designers and whatever else you'll need to ensure the best event ever! Most recently, Phyllis has coordinated Business & Craft Expos that have been highly successful. |
